To choose Goal Object
Step 1
Set the selected bone to Unaffected by IK of Descendants and choose Null_wingRight as Goal Object. After that, you need to click on the Full-time IK and Goal Strength as default. You have to repeat the same procedure for the left wing. Later, choose the left nulls as the goal object for left wing.
