To use graph editor for basketball animation, first you need to go to Graph Editor and select Oscillate for basketball.Position Y.

Step 2

Now, what you have to do is to set Tension 1.0 for the first point.

Then, set Offset Repeat for BasketBall.Position Z. later, play the animation and check it out. The ball may not situate at the right position when animation goes on after 10 frames. You have to readjust the first and second key in order to get the position right. You may manually move the ball to the right position every 5 frames and create a key for every adjustment. After that your animation for this tutorial is done.

If need to animate basketball, you must move the ball to the palm of the chicken at frame 5 first and then create a key for frame 0.
